Solicitor Accreditation

The LMA is accredited under the Solicitors Regulation Authority's (formerly the Law Society) CPD scheme.  English solicitors who attend LMA training events and seminars, whether these are run in the UK or overseas, receive CPD credit based in hours on the time in attendance (excluding registration and refreshment breaks) at a particular event subject to signing an attendance sheet.

We also seek to obtain accreditation from overseas regulatory authorities, where feasible and practical, and have obtained NY CLE accreditation for training in New York.
