The LMA's February Early Evening Seminar will be hosted by Linklaters at their premises in Silk Street.  The theme is "Intercreditor agreements: areas of debate between senior and mezzanine lenders".

Recently the mezzanine investor community has become increasingly focussed on the terms of intercreditor agreements that are being negotiated now, not least because of their experiences on recent restructuring situations. Notwithstanding the re-launch of the LMA's precedent in November last year in an attempt to address some of their concerns, mezzanine investors are still keen to negotiate certain provisions of the standard form and this seminar will look at the most common points that are being raised.

Speaking will be Adam Freeman, Partner, Linklaters; Simon Hurst, Director (Legal), Barclays Capital; and David Wilmot, Joint Head of Mezzanine and Private Equity, Babson Capital.  

Registration will start from 4.30 pm, and the seminar will commence promptly at 5.00 pm. Please use the main entrance in Silk Street where you will be directed to the auditorium.
