The LMA will be holding a Restructuring Workshop on the 6 May, 2010.  The programme will cover the major issues arising in a restructuring from both a legal and financial perspective and from the initial planning stages right through to implementation. Restructurings trends will be compared between major European jurisdictions. 

By the end of the workshop delegates will gain a better understanding of the dynamics which exist between the various stakeholders and the many issues and concerns that need to be addressed.  The workshop will be delivered by lawyers and bankers who are actively involved in the restructuring market and are considered leaders in their respective disciplines.

Members will be invoiced for the cost after the training event takes place.  Non-attendees will be charged unless the LMA receives at least 48 hours prior notification of cancellation.
